Выводы
1. Методом дифференциального дисплея получены фрагменты КДНК, мРНК которых различно транскрибируются в высоко и низко метастазирующих линиях клеток.
2. Один из выявленных фрагментов кДНК соответствует гену Ье(1 сирийского хомячка, продукт которого участвует впроцессах везикулярного транспорта.
3. Показана прямая корреляция между уровнем транскрипции гена betl и уровнем метастатической активности клеток сирийского хомячка.
4. Создана система векторов, экспрессирующих ЬеИ, которая позволяет моделировать снижение иповышение транскрипции этого гена.
5. Получен полноценный человеческий аналог гена Ье(1 сирийскогохомячка.
6. Получен полноценный человеческий аналог гена ЪеН сирийскогохомячка. Произведен анализ уровня транскрипции гена 6е/7 в опухолях человека различной локализации. Показана прямая корреляция уровня транскрипции гена со стадией опухолевой прогрессии для случаев рака мочевого пузыря.
